What’s Next?

Welcome to 2026!

I spent all of 2025 talking about the book I wrote in 2023 and published in 2024, so the question for me now is “What’s Next”?

I don’t know if I want to spend all of 2026 trying to figure that out, but currently that is where I am. Some things in my life are going really well. Some things are going ok. I am fortunate in that I don’t think anything is terrible, however I know I have some areas that need some work. As I get more clarity on what it all looks like I will plan to share that here with you 🙂 Until then, I wish you all a great new year!

The Great Physician Overview 12 – God and Everything Else Related to Your Health

For this year, I am going to continue highlighting my book, The Great Physician. If you don’t include the Introduction, there are 12 chapters in the book, so each month I will plan to highlight a chapter. And, while the whole book is not devoted to suicide prevention there are sections that do address the topic. Here we go!

The twelfth and final chapter is called God and Everything Else Related to Your Health. As the name suggests, I spend the chapter discussing how God covers every other part of our health as well as what the Bible says about it. You might be surprised to see that God does have a lot to say about our overall health.
